Information on means and methods of preventing corruption
Poltava City Council and its executive bodies, within the limits of their powers, cooperate with persons who in good faith report possible facts of corruption or corruption-related offenses, other violations of the Закону України «Про запобігання корупції». Persons who provide assistance in preventing and combating corruption are under the protection of the state.
You can leave a corresponding notification about violation of the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption" by officials of the Poltava City Council and its executive bodies regarding:
- failure to submit or untimely submission of a declaration by a person authorized to perform state or local government functions;
- failure to take measures to prevent and resolve conflicts of interest;
- violation of restrictions on receiving gifts, joint work of close people, part-time work and combination with other types of activities;
- violation of the General Rules of Ethical Conduct of Civil Servants and Local Government Officials;
- violation of the ban on receiving benefits, services and property from local government bodies;
- failure to comply with the requirement to conduct a special inspection or violation of the procedure for conducting such an inspection;
- failure to comply with the requirement for transparency and access to information;
- failure to comply with the requirement to conduct an official investigation against a person who committed a corruption or corruption-related offense;
- decisions made in violation of the requirements Закону України «Про запобігання корупції».
The report shall state information relating to a specific person and shall contain factual data that can be verified and supported by evidence. Reporting knowingly false information shall entail liability under applicable law.
