The Council Regulations are a regulatory act that determines the procedure for holding the first session of the Council, the procedure for electing the secretary of the City Council, convening regular and extraordinary sessions of the Council, scheduling plenary sessions of the Council, preparing and considering issues at plenary sessions, making decisions of the Council on approving the agenda of the session and on other procedural issues, as well as the procedure for the session, taking into account the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Sphere of Economic Activity".
